Previous incidents

Google is rolling out an update to some Google accounts which has broken the Dictionary, Prediction, and Text to Speech functionalities in the Read&Write toolbar. These features will work in other websites, but will not load when in Google Docs if you are experiencing this issue.

We have identified the issue and are working to release a fix as soon as possible. Please follow this page to receive notification once that fix is live and next steps.

Active users are being asked to enter their product code again.
When the user enters their product code, they still do not get access to the Global Tasks service.
