Google Docs Highlighting Issues

Some users may be experiencing issues inside of Google Docs relating to the following features:

  • Text-to-Speech Highlighting
  • CheckIt

We are working to address the problem and provide an update to Read&Write for Google Chrome to the Chrome Web Store.

Issues with Grammarly/Read&Write should now be resolved. Please contact support@texthelp.com if issues persist

Users with both Grammarly and Read&Write installed may be experiencing issues with Google Docs. Disabling the Grammarly extension will re-enable the functionality.

An issue is currently affecting some users which is preventing Google Docs from opening documents when Read&Write is enabled.
